Friends of the Park

A collage of images of the Alice Springs Desert Park

Who are the Friends of the Park?

The Friends of the Park are the Territory Wildlife Park's partners in conservation, research and community education.

When you become a Friend of the Park we add your name to our list of special supporters, so that we can keep you informed of exclusive events such as volunteer days, guided walks and talks, behind the scenes activities, camps and sleepovers.

We don't have a formal structure or lots of meetings. We simply have a small steering committee which meets regularly in the Territory Wildlife Park office for Sunday Morning "Smoko".

How to Join

You can become a Friend by donating $25.00 (or more) to the Territory Ark. All donations over $2.00 are tax deductible and go into a special fund for the care and management of our wildlife and their habitats.

To become a member of Friends of the Park forward the Territory Ark Form (pdf 932 Kb) with your donation. For more information call 08 8988 7200.
