Camp Calytrix
The Territory's Wildest Wildlife Camp!
Camp Calytrix is in a secret location at the Territory Wildlife Park. It is designed for school age children to be able to learn about the various plants, animals and habitats found at the park and to get involved in a range of outdoor educational activities. Exclusive night-time activities not offered to other groups enable school groups to experience the park and interact withits inhabitants at night.
An extensive range of themed educational activities are offered and include a combination of the following:
- Guided night stalks and animal tracking
- Toad busts
- Early morning 'Meet a Keeper' presentations
- Behind the scenes tours
- Night train rides
- Environmental outdoor games
- Bushtucker hunts
- Campfire activities

Who is Camp Calytrix for?
- School and community groups
- Children aged eight years and over
- Groups of 20 to 30 children
How Much Does it Cost?
- $45.00 per student
- Teachers camp free of charge
- Additional adults pay the discounted rate of $35.00.
- Breakfast and / or dinner packages are available from the cafe starting from breakfast $5.50 pp and dinner $7.50 pp. See Menu (211Kb)
